The 4/26 cash balance below assumed I would repay the $30 mil we took down 9 days ago today. I have not
done this yet. If there is a greater need for cash immediately, I can wait and repay after the June 3rd annuity. Also
with the roll forward to October on the attached there is flexibility related to the distributions from BFP that
would facilitate ability to position cash as desired.
Remember I am in Greenwich for the Lone Pine investor day today but if you want to speak just email and I will
step out and call.

7/24 cash from annuity $24.5mil
7/25 cash balance

10/24 cash from annuity$16.4mil

Assumptions:
$77mi1 BRH div 5/28($0.83/sh) and $50mil div 8/31($0.53/sh)
Model I built assumes no new GRATs (though new GRATs would affect timing/size of cash from various annuity
payments not total $)
BFP balance runs relatively lean in $4mi1-8mi1 range-if cash is needed for fees or other, LB can repay some of remaining
promissory notes
