Fleming" Subject: Artspace Bridge Loan Part H Eileen and John , John Murphy < Attached please find the communication and documents related to the first part of the bridge loan as well as the schedule of lendors and dates of funding. This was sent to all shareholders between June 9-11th. We then extended the bridge loan from 500k to $925k in July as we needed additional funds to continue to payoff liabilities and fund operations through deal close. I will forward the follow up email that was sent to shareholders on July 22nd. The amount on the balance sheet on July 25th is not fully at the 3x. I will adjust that to reflect the 3x payback. But again, you will not be responsible for repayment of this bridge loan. It will be coming out of the proceeds of the sale. Look forward to talking at 11am. Best Catherine EFTA01201273
