One evening after work, Anonymous and decided to go out for the first time and visited a restaurant/bar (name or address unknown) around 8:30 p.m. in West Palm Beach, FL. Anonymous and were sitting at the bar, both drinking water, as they were under age. Anonymous and were there around 30 minutes and had not ordered yet. A man (Epstein) was also at the bar and approached them. Anonymous does not recall if Epstein was there prior to their arrival. Epstein approached Anonymous and and said, "Excuse me, hi, how you?" He said his name was "Jeff." Anonymous and introduced themselves. Epstein started talking to them, "you girls, don't look like you are from around here?" Anonymous explained to Epstein she was from . Anonymous had water and had a soft drink. Epstein asked them, "Can I buy you a drink?" Anonymous advised no business cards were exchanged. and Anonymous visited the ladies room twice; however, Anonymous does not remember returning from the ladies room nor returning to the bar. Anonymous believes it may have been 10:30 p.m. or 11:00 p.m.; however, she does not remember any details of this night. The next morning, around 7:00 a.m., Eastern Standard Time, she awoke in the back seat of a black Mercedes car. Anonymous did not know where was. Anonymous does not remember leaving the restaurant/bar nor details of leaving the establishment. There was no driver. Epstein was sitting on Anonymous' left side and was asleep. Epstein was not naked; however, his belt unbuckled, his pants were unzipped, and were pulled down a bit. Anonymous was wearing a black skirt and blouse. "My bra was completely off of me, and my blouse was hiked up off of one breast. My underwear was not on. My panties were hanging around my left ankle and my skirt was on. I thought, oh, my God, what the hell happened?" Anonymous did not notice any scars, moles, or tattoos, nor did Epstein wear any jewelry such as a necklace or rings. Anonymous did notice a very expensive, gold, Rolex watch on his left wrist. Anonymous remembered this because her father has a huge interest in watches. As Epstein continued to sleep, "I removed my panties from my ankle, and I reached over the front seat to get my purse and slowly opened the vehicle door quietly trying to exit." Anonymous retrieved her cell phone from her purse to call- to come pick her up. The cell phone was dead. Anonymous walked approximately five blocks and entered a gas station; perhaps it was Mobile or Speedway. Anonymous asked the male attendant if he sold cell phone chargers. Attendant asked her what kind of charger she had, and since they both had a Motorola Cellular Razor flip phone, attendant used his charger to charge her phone. Anonymous's picked her up and they were near I-95. Anonymous later that morning thought perhaps Epstein may have been someone important, as she saw him on television with people approaching him. No contact between Anonymous and Epstein has been made since that night in 2005.
