I feel we are taking 1 step forward and 2 steps back. On the one hand we wish to protect the children from the grimy hands of paedophiles/ephebophiles and on the other hand the law (as interpret by the lowly magistrate Judge) Inform those with good intent to stay clear of the same children we wish to nurture into good citizens.
