While on a fishing vacation in Georgia, hyper-senstive, shy Charlie Baker (Billy Hart) craves such extreme isolation he agrees to impersonate a non-English speaking foreigner, His friend, the solid Sgt. "Froggy" LeSeuer (Nick Dauk), magnifies the illusion by convincing their wanderlust, bumbling butgood-hearted landlady, Betty Meeks (Taylor Benjamin), that anything in English can be said without Charlie understanding, Meanwhile, a misguided fanatic, the Rev.
