Approximately two years into going to the ranch, was given a non-disclosure agreement. did not sign it; there was too much legal jargon in it. thought she stopped going shortly after. remembered reading an article in Vanity Fair in 2003 about EPSTEIN and remembered thinking, "holy shit, this is Jeffrey". stopped going prior to this article being published. When went to the ranch, she would drive in and was beeped in. There were colorful cottages and horse stables. There was a windy dirt road. There was a big mansion with the number "2" on it. would drive in there to the courtyard and to the left was the garage. would walk into the mud room. There would be a set of stairs that she would go down, where there were no windows. The massage room, gym, and pool were all down in this area. MAXWELL's office was to the right. There was an elevator. There was a stairway to EPSTEIN's bedroom. There were pictures of women with their breasts exposed. These pictures were in the bathroom. There were sitting areas off of the kitchen. It was a "huge mansion". There were parts that thought she had not even seen. spent most of her time on the ranch in the massage room. massaged a girl in the spare bedroom. massaged EPSTEIN and MAXWELL once in their bedroom and once in the expansive bathroom. gave them massages a couple times in the modular homes while the main house was being built. In the modular home was a framed document that the land was being leased. It was a smaller space. also massaged a model in the modular home. massaged EPSTEIN approximately 15 times, MAXWELL approximately 5 times, and guests approximately 5 times. recalled massaging three girls and two older men. One of the girls had a British accent and one of the men was a physicist. thought MAXWELL was EPSTEIN's girlfriend. MAXWELL was the lady of the house. MAXWELL would say, "Jeffrey likes this or Jeffrey likes that". EPSTEIN and MAXWELL would be at the ranch a few weeks at a time. TAMRA would call her when they were in.
