After being advised of the identity of the interviewing Agents and the nature of the interview, CALLOWAY provided the following information: CALLOWAY is currently living in Scotch Plains New Jersey. He works for Sysco food distributor. CALLOWAY went to culinary school and used to be a chef. CALLOWAY was employed by jEFFREY EPSTEIN from about the winter of 2006 to January/ February 2009. He got the job through a head hunter that he knew. At some point he meets GHISLAINE MAXWELL at her house and she asks him some food questions. At some point CALLOWAY goes to EPSTEIN's office. EPSTEIN conducts a short interview and asks about his background. He asks CALLOWAY what would he make if the girls got fat. CALLOWAY states that he would make healthy food. He says that he figured EPSTEIN was talking about his daughters. Shortly thereafter CALLOWAY gets the job. Prior to these meetings, CALLOWAY had never met either EPSTEIN or MAXWELL. To CALLOWAY's knowledge he was replacing the previous chef who left for family reasons. MAXWELL and interviewed CALLOWAY. CALLOWAY did a tasting menu for MAXWELL and at 9 East 71 street. CALLOWAY was working in New York City at the time. EPSTEIN interviewed CALLOWAY alone. CALLOWAY's job responsibilities included being in charge of grocery shopping and making lunches and dinners. CALLOWAY would leave the meals in the fridge for the maid and the driver (LYN and . CALLOWAY was told there would be travel involved with the job. When EPSTEIN was in town CALLOWAY would arrive at the house around 6:30-7:00 AM to prepare the food. CALLOWAY went to the ranch twice but didn't really work there. CALLOWAY went to Paris once. CALLOWAY never went to West Palm Beach. CALLOWAY would prepare snacks for the plane. In New York City CALLOWAY would normally spend a few hours inside the house. Most of the food prep that CALLOWAY would do would be in the basement kitchen. He would then bring the food up to the first floor kitchen. CALLOWAY would not hang in the front with RICHARD the property manager. EPSTEIN would have a lot of visitors. In retrospect there was a lot of females coming through. They looked to be 18 or in their early 20's. CALLOWAY would have no interaction with them. CALLOWAY would stay to himself. EPSTEIN would have visitors in the morning. Then around 11:00 AM, would drive EPSTEIN to his office. At that point CALLOWAY would leave. IGOR would be there but mostly in the gym. At the island CALLOWAY replaced CATHY and MILES ALEXANDER because they went back to South Africa. After about a year CALLOWAY took over as island manager. While there, he would prepare food for and MAXWELL and sometimes other girls that he did not know. While on the plane, CALLOWAY would mainly hang out in the cockpit area. The foods that he prepared were generally self-served. CALLOWAY states that he did not see anything abnormal on the plane. ADAM PERRY LANE used to be a chef for EPSTEIN. While CALLOWAY was living on the island he learned that there was an investigation into EPSTEIN. He then started looking for a new job in New Jersey. He eventually left. DARREN INDYKE (EPSTEIN's attorney) told CALLOWAY that if someone approaches him with something to not accept it because he could be getting served. CATHY and MILES ALEXANDER may have told CALLOWAY why EPSTEIN was getting investigated but he was not sure. EPSTEIN was very polite to CALLOWAY. KATHY may have told this to CALLOWAY, but LYN and may have also. CALLOWAY did not have many dealings with MAXWELL. He did one dinner for her at her house. She would travel to the island a handful of times. She called CALLOWAY and yelled at him once. would text CALLOWAY when to go to the island. CALLOWAY would have to go to DARREN INDYKE or RICH for the big purchases. CALLOWAY would mostly go to EPSTEIN for assignments. It was an unwritten rule to take care of and EPSTEIN. CALLOWAY spent a lot of time with IGOR. CALLOWAY would stay with the pilots mostly on the plane in the cockpit. told CALLOWAY that she was from North Carolina. That's about how in depth they got in conversation. IGOR, the body guard and personal trainer, was very friendly. He stayed in the gym for most of the day in New York City. CALLOWAY thinks that about 93 of his way through working for EPSTEIN he learned of the investigation. This was approximately around 2008. CALLOWAY stayed on the island for a bit while EPSTEIN was away. CALLOWAY had no other conversations or instructions about the investigation and who not to talk to. CALLOWAY is not sure how he found out what EPSTEIN was in trouble for. He may have found out from the news. BRICE and KAREN may have come to the island to explain what was going on. CALLOWAY was to take pictures of the island and email EPSTEIN while he was away. CALLOWAY eventually finds a job in New Jersey while EPSTEIN was still in jail. CALLOWAY gave his notice to BRICE. He is told to leave the island almost right away. EPSTEIN calls CALLOWAY and is upset. CALLOWAY never speaks to EPSTEIN again. CALLOWAY texted with the pilots. Eventually he stops all communication with them. The Daily Mail showed up at CALLOWAY's house recently when EPSTEIN got arrested and again when MAXWELL was arrested. CALLOWAY has had no other law enforcement contact or civil contact. LYN ands would take care of the guests. On the island about every hour EPSTEIN would take a girl down to his master bedroom. After his massage the maids would go down and make the bed and clean up. BRICE and KAREN oversaw the house managers and took over the island after CALLOWAY left.
