(U) WASHINGTON STATE DL image pertaining to potential victim to be interviewed. Details: On Saturday July 6,2019 JEFFREY E. EPSTEIN was arrested pursuant to an arrest warrant issued out of the Southern District of New York. As a result of his arrest and the pending investigation, a hotline was created to identify additional potential victims and witnesses. EPSTEIN. The victimization occurred in the 1980's when the caller was approximately 13 to 15 years old and resided in the Island area of South Carolina. The reported victim provided enough preliminary information to warrant a follow-up interview. The victim contact information is as follows: The writer requests the interviewing agents contact him, TFO Detective cell , prior to contacting the reported victim.
