FD-302 (Rev. 54.10) 31E-NY-3027571 Serial 203 -1 of 1 - FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION Date of entry 08/07/2019 A search warrant issued in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York on 07/11/2019, was executed at 9 East 71st Street, New York, New York 10021 at approximately 2:35pm on 07/11/2019. Upon initial review of the premises, it was observed by law enforcement officials that several items that had been located in a safe pursuant to a search warrant that occurred at the location on 07/07/2019 were missing from the residence. The identified items would be relevant to the current search warrant that was being executed. Special Agent (SA) interviewed MERWIN DELACRUZ (DELACRUZ) date of birth DOB who identified himself as the "property manager." DELACRUZ advised that he typically worked at the residence Monday through Friday, 9am. to 5pm. DELACRUZ worked for the homeowner JEFFREY EPSTEIN (EPSTEIN) for approximately five (5) years. DELACRUZ stated on 07/07/2019 at approximately 11:00am, he was instructed by RICHARD KAHN (KAHN),to pack EPSTEIN's valuables from his safe and bring them to his residence nearby. DELACRUZ identified KAHN as EPSTEIN's chief financial officer (CFO). He stated "He's the money guy." DELACRUZ packed the valuables which he described as various passports, notebook binders, envelopes, and jewelry boxes into two suitcases. One suitcases was blue in color and was secured by combination locks, and the other was a black canvas suitcase. DELACRUZ stated that he took the two suitcases to KAHN's residence and left them in the dining room. KAHN was out of state at the time DELACRUZ entered the apartment. DELACRUZ would not provide KAHN's address.
