Although was polite and well mannered. The basis of this interview was predicated on an email sent to office of the ADIC, FBI,New York Field Office, Criminal Division by former FBI SA on July 12,2019. The email referred to a request that Bureau personnel contact an investigative journalist friend of MICHAEL MOORE ( not the film producer)via regarding an interview of a purported victim of JEFFREY EPSTEIN victim. The author made phone contact with MOORE and an interview was scheduled at the C-20 office on Tuesday August 27, 2019 for 12:00 PM. MOORE stated that the alleged victim was traveling via bus from Rhode Island to the New York Field Office. BUSH (engaged in a sex act with an unknown male Black), former United Sates Secretary of State, HENRY KISSINGER and businessman GEORGE SOROS were present on the same yacht while all of the aforementioned acts of violence were occurring. was then asked if he had and injuries or scars as evidence, to which responded " on my anus". was unable to provide any supporting or corroborating evidence or the identities of any witnesses to support his claim of victimization. did provide a handwritten list of his family and extended family members and it was not clear what investigative value, if any the list held. also sated that his great uncle, is in possession of video evidence of his crimes against as well as several "snuff films", that had watched in the presence of his great uncle ( CONFIDENTIAL 3501.083-001 Page 3 of 3 EFTA_00061620 EFTA01246050
