Was very traumatic - CW started work as a model. She had been a model before CW met this guy named Leon Black (A) from Apollo Global Management. He's a big financier. He told CW he was going to help her with work. Met for lunch once and then little by little sexual abuse started. He was asked as a mentor, but he would try to touch CW. CW would make it clear that she doesn't want it. He said he wanted to help CW's son but made it clear he expected CW to engage in sexual activity ▪ CW always thought she was making herself clear ▪ He would pretend he didn't understand what CW was saying. Correct her grammar. - Abuse continued ▪ Went through many rounds of career promises but never went anywhere. A once flew CW to Florida. Went to airport, they didn't ask for documents or anything. Said they were going to meet his friend Epstein. This happened in 2008. - A told CW not to tell anyone and if she told anyone then they would find drugs on her and it would be a big thing. CW was shocked they never asked for her documents. Flight originated in NY. CW thinks it was Teterboro. CW would recognize the airport if she saw it again They were acting like they were expecting CW to engage in sex. In Florida: CW went to the living room area. A bunch of men there. A woman named said to CW: "they are addicted to sex. You have to do what they want you to do. They will be very upset" Men were in the office during that conversation. Later the men came back and were saying that they needed to have sex and that they were addicted. CW was scared. - CW said that feeding addiction only makes it worse/faster. They were at the house maybe a couple of hours. When they were back in NYC, CW continued to go to lunches with A at his place In the library at his place, he was trying to make sexual advances. CW always made it clear she didn't want to. A would say that she was just jealous or sick. He would hold CW's legs and "get down on her." He would start biting CW. CW would say stop, no. He would bite CW harder. The more CW protested, the harder he bit. At a certain point, CW just stopped and let him. - A got on top of her. Started vaginal intercourse. A would get sweaty. She was at her gym, at her school. A said he helps that woman with work and that he would help CW too, but CW's not very nice. CW tried to focus on school. CW finished her bachelor's degree ilaears. Straight A student. Somewhere around this time, things got very bad. Some kind of people started coming up to CW. She wasn't sure what was going. CW now thinks it was some kind of undercover agent. A lot of people from Epstein's circle started harassing CW. o Harry Dubin, Mort Zuckerman, Weinstein (came to CW's apartment and tried to have sex with her). Weinstein said he was sent by A. Introduced to Ghislane Maxwell. Maxwell tried to get her to have sex with Prince Andrew (introduced at a restaurant). Loan money was $250,000. It was supposed to be paid over 2 years. - CW understood it was the end of the relationship and that A felt bad. - Money came from A. CW says she has lots of records of money coming from A. CW says she judges her own self and would like to know if we don't think there would be a case. People were constantly harassing her. CW felt like people who approached her— important, well-known people — CW just thought "oh my god, how corrupt." - A lot of people would imply things to CW like "we know who you are." CW was just confused. - There was a woman at who came up to CW. She was stalking CW. When CW went to admissions office for middle schools for her son, they would harass her. Her dentist would also harass her "why don't you go out with me? I am a married man." Of course, A was also a married man. He forced CW to have sex with him and said that he would make it so that she didn't have any friends. A rented her apartment so that CW's he could not go there. CW told A he could rent the place but In 2014, CW A said he was setting up appointments at Goldman Sachs. A said "I feel so sick, I can't have sex." Then CW started feeling sick as well. CW feels slightly hallucinating. She couldn't get up from bed. This was in 2014 around July 4 2014. A came to pick up CW, but CW said she couldn't go out. She decided to go downstairs to tell him she couldn't go (because A is not allowed in her apartment). When she opens the door to the apartment, A was right there, he pushed his way in. He wasn't supposed to be there They sit on the couch, CW says she thinks she's been poisoned. A says "oh no." He touches CW's breast. He grabs and drags her to bedroom. A has sex with her. He says "Now I fucked you" and then he left. CW couldn't move. This was a few days after the lunch. CW felt so sick, she couldn't go to the doctor. 0 - CW was scared because of the threats she was receiving. CW decided to leave the country in August 2014. CW was scared because of the threats: People were approaching CW. Making general comments. o Alex Von Furstenbreg said "we had a Russian neighbor in LA. You should move there. But she got killed." o "You look like a girl we know who got killed" A said it would not stop if CW left. He said she had connections everywhere. He was right. It followed her everywhere. It followed her to - Len Blavatinik met with CW in London and threatened her. CW didn't know what to think. She thought it was linked to Leon because he would try to make CW think it was because of him. A would talk about Epstein and Weinstein being his best friends all of the time — out of the blue. - He told CW that he and Epstein created an imaginary life for CW. Because things continued overseas, CW met with Leon overseas. CW said "what's going on? I don't know what to do." A said he paid for it all and organized it so CW knew that he was responsible. No lawyers present. He said he connections in the FBI. He forced CW to signed an NDA. CW doesn't have it with her. CW signed it because she just wanted it to stop. The agreement was that she sign and then the loans would be forgiven. o There was second loan in the 2014 (before she went to for 250k (same amount) NDA said that CW was not going to sue him and not going to talk about Leon with anyone. Then Weinstein, Epstein thing blew up. CW realized that all these people who attacked CW are just their small circle and that they are not the whole world. When CW signed the NDA, Leon transferred Epstein 10 million dollars from his own account to Epstein's non-profit. - A paid Epstein to organize all of this and to take care of CW. Virgin Islands subpoena to A about these payments. CW thinks that the payments are because of her — to shut her up. After CW signed the NDA in 2015, that's it. He stopped reaching out. - A few years ago, CW sent him messages saying that he raped her and abused her and asking for the documents but he never responded. In 2015, CW bumped into him at a basketball game at but she didn't talk to him. The time frame is 2008 to 2015. Last time CW was raped was 7/4/2014 (around this date). Sexual activity happened in Manhattan, the Hamptons, and Bedford. Nothing in Florida. CW only went that one time on the plane. CW doesn't recall traveling with A anywhere else. A few months later they met in NY and A gave CW the paper (the NDA). CW was trying to read it but he couldn't because he hands were shaking. CW signed the document and that was it. They texted a couple time after that. A got CW tickets for the opera after. He used to do that after he abused her. - He would buy her tickets and then say "I heard you were very happy." CW later got a call from a guy who took her CW in lobby in France. -A lot of people would try to get CW drunk, have sex with her. - Jacques Bonim — director of admissions at La Rose.
