I made a tele hone call to identified myself and explained the purpose of this call. stated that I was lucky that she answered the call because she was at ilarassed by numerous reporters from different media networks. such as ABC' and NBC. =. conversation. also stated that she laced this call on speaker phone so that her father. would listen to the co ersation. expressed his frustration that he was not notified by the criminal investigators during the initial criminal case over ten years ago that was the victim of a crime even though she was a minor at the time. I reiterated to both that I'm involved only in the civil case, not with any criminal proceedings. was very grateful that we. the U.S. Attorney's Office. are making an effort to contact the victims of this case. stated that she would call me back when she gets back into town.
