After being advised of the identity of the interviewing Agents and the nature of the interview, PELTZ provided the following information: PELTZ was asked when he first met PELTZ stated that GHISLAINE MAXWELL introduced them 'lit he was not sure of the exact date. He was not sure of age when he first met her in New York. MAXWELL had moved to New York and put the two together. PELTZ's stepfather used to do business with MAXWELL's father ROBERT MAXWELL so PELTZ knew MAXWELL socially. MAXWELL was the type of person to say that you have to meet this other person. This was what PELTZ recalled of meeting . MAXWELL was one of those people to put people together. PELTZ was not sure how it happened. They went out once maybe in New York. They met again at one point in London. PELTZ does not think MAXWELL was involved in the LONDON meeting. PELTZ was not sure how MAXWELL knew or met . He was not sure where was staying. PELTZ was not sure what talked about but if anything they talked about MAXWELL and how she put them together. PELTZ never met JEFFREY EPSTEIN. MAXWELL had mentioned EPSTEIN to PELTZ in the past but not to any detail. PELTZ went to EPSTEIN's townhouse but did not see there. MAXWELL would have outrageous parties back then. She liked to put people in uncomfortable positions for her entertainment. PELTZ realized that he was a pawn to her and she would try to use him. Sometime later on he found out that he was listed in EPSTEIN's black book. People in the finance world never seemed to know how EPSTEIN got his money. PELTZ was at a dinner with MAXWELL and PRINCE ANDREW and PELTZ's then girlfriend. PRINCE ANDREW was very focused on PELTZ's girlfriend. MAXWELL would sometimes mention PRINCE ANDREW's name and that they were friends. PELTZ has now realized that MAXWELL's life was very partitioned. People never saw "that" part of her life. PELTZ never spoke with EPSTEIN over the phone and never called his house. Recently reached out to PELTZ to try and reconstruct the situation. PELTZ then went though his old Hotmail emails and discovered that some emails that were possibly related to MAXWELL were missing or deleted. PELTZ was not sure how he spoke with MAXWELL back then. It was either over email, cell phone or land line. PELTZ and MAXWELL were more acquaintances than friends and they only met a few times.
