TRAFFICKING
Drafted By:
Date/Time Received: 07/12/2019 12:58 PM EDT
Details:
On 07/12/2019, at 12:29p.m. Eastern Time, William Blackwood, date of
birth
, called the FBI National
Threat Operations Center (NTOC) to report a potential magazine and
website by Jeffrey Epstein, no personally identifiable information (PII).
Blackwood provided the following information:
Blackw000d's buddy Eric Last Name Unknown (LNU), no PII, called Blackwood
about when Blackwood and LNU worked for an internet company called
EarthLink. While Blackwood was employeed with EarthLink in the late 90's
Blackwood was required to report child pornography websites.
Blackwood came across a modeling website for younger girls and a
published magazine. Blackwood cannot remember much; however, does
remember the modeling website containing children as young as ten on it.
The format of the published magazine was online; however, you could read
through the entire magazine. Blackwood came across multiple magazines
with different titles but always had "LS" at the beginning. Some titles
of the magazines were "LS Island Magazine", "LS Island", "LS Magazine",
and "LS Dreams".
The LS Magazine's contained no names and images of under aged girls

dressed inappropriately and nude. As different series of LS Magazine's
were released they got worse. LS Magazines was not like a Playboy
Magazine but would be considered as child pornography.
Blackwood believes the magazines were released outside of the United
States. Blackwood does not believe the United States would allow
something like LS Magazine to be published.
Blackwood would reported the website and magazine by sending an email to
"someone" within the company. Everything that Blackwood discovered in LS
Magazine relates to Epstein.
