In the summer of 2002,

dinner that was being organized at Epstein's house and invited
to attend the dinner.

returned to New York from the Hamptons, she received
a call from Epstein's assistant with information on the time and location
of the dinner.
stated the dinner took place at Epstein's
residence in the Upper East Side. When

met at the door by a butler and was informed that Epstein and
were upstairs waiting for her. The butler took

reception area where Epstein and
were waiting.

left Epstein's home, she received a few calls from
his assistant attempting to invite her to back to the residence for
