OD-NY-3027571 Serial 8: CriSIOMakr(Row.5.2347) UNCLASSIFIED FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION Crisis Intake Date: 07/09/2019 Case ID it: 31E-NY-3027571 (U) EPSTEIN, JEFFREY; CHILD SEX TRAFFICKING Drafted By: Date/Time Received: 07/09/2019 04:00 PM EDT Details: On 07/08/2019, at 3:27 p.m. Eastern Time, Bo Eklund, , submitted an online tip to the FBI National Threat Operations Center (NTOC) via tips.fbi.gov to report rumors he heard around 2009-2015 on Epstein. Date Submitted: 07/08/2019 03:27:33 PM EST Transaction Number: 75AE8B39-A184-4222-AAC9-578686D19144 Threat To Life: False The Epstein case reminded me of a persistent anecdote I kept hearing from personnel at a Ft Lauderdale Executive Airport FB0 (National Jets), while operating corporate jets into and out of there around 2009-2015. The rumor was that former President Bill Clinton often accompanied a billionaire, in his private jet, and groups of teenage girls to some island in the Caribbean. It was presumed that these girls were "exported" outside of more stringent jurisdictions to participate in sex orgies with said gentlemen and others. I have no evidence to verify the validity of those rumors but found it interesting that they existed such a long time before the public spotlight reached Mr Epstein. I have no personal UNCLASSIFIED 3501.292-001 Page I of 4 SUBJECT TO PROTECTIVE ORDER PARAGRAPHS 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, and 17 EFTA 00108542 EFTA01249318 50D-NY-3027571 Serial 82 UNCLASSIFIED Re: 31E-NY-3027571, 07/09/2019 affiliation with anyone mentioned nor do I know of any person or entity who has any interest, political, financial, or otherwise in soiling their reputation. Kirkland & Ellis Letter (June 19, 2008) from Kenneth Starr urging DOJ Deputy Attorney General to halt federal prosecution of Jeffrey Epstein

Kirkland & Ellis Letter (June 19, 2008) from Kenneth Starr urging DOJ Deputy Attorney General to halt federal prosecution of Jeffrey Epstein The document provides a detailed, contemporaneous account of alleged prosecutorial misconduct, a violated Non‑Prosecution Agreement, and mentions high‑level officials (Deputy Attorney General, Assistant U.S. Attorneys, former President Bill Clinton) that could be pursued for further investigation. It includes specific dates, subpoena details, and names of attorneys, offering concrete leads, but the claims are largely unverified and rely on the law firm’s advocacy, limiting its immediate explosiveness. Key insights: Letter dated June 19, 2008 from Kenneth W. Starr (Kirkland & Ellis) to Deputy Attorney General John Roth.; Claims that the federal grand jury investigation was re‑started in violation of a September 24, 2007 Non‑Prosecution Agreement with Epstein.; Alleges misconduct by Assistant U.S. Attorneys Villafana and Sloman, including alleged self‑dealing and conflict‑of‑interest.
