IIII states that sometime in the year 2000 she witnessed Jeffrey Epstein having dinner with another male individual, approximately 40 years of age, and what appeared to be two female who were "no more than 15 years of age" who were described by IIII as "beautiful". IIII states that her table was directly across from Epstein and his party at the Honumra An restaurant (Japanese restaurant, since closed) that was located at Mercer Street in New York, NY. According to IIII the two females appeared "bored" and "openly defiant" about being at the restaurant. IIII alleges that she witnessed Epstein make sexual innuendo toward the girl directly across from him. He allegedly made a circle with two fingers and then began to move a finger on the other hand through the circle, insinuating sex.
