Howard provided the following information: Howard is calling in regards to the news report looking for victims that may have been on Epstein's aircraft. Howard is in possession of photographs of the interior of Epstein's aircraft that he acquired through an aviation broker when the aircraft was placed for sale. Howard noted that the plane was being sold "as is", so the interior was not altered. Howard also has the flight manifest during the time Epstein was committing the criminal acts.
