Nomikos provided the following information: Nomikos' friend who is a scientist, David Callow, approximate age II , cellular telephone number invited Nomikos to a dinner party at Maxwell's townhouse in New York, which was intended to raise money for a foundation with a screening of a documentary and dinner. Nomikos could not recall the date of this dinner; Nomikos believes it was around 2012, however, Nomikos does not want to provide wrong information and discredit the information. Nomikos met Maxwell for the first time at this dinner party. Nomikos was seated next to Maxwell and met her for the first time during this dinner party. Nomikos felt that Maxwell was speaking quite comfortably, therefore, decided to confront Maxwell with the question of how she could afford such an expensive townhouse, after the downfall and then death of her father. Maxwell said that she did not have any capital to make such an investment. The Israeli's then offered to fund the purchase 100%. Maxwell explained this as having been her father's way to support her after his collapse. Nomikos believes that this was the same townhouse Maxwell sold, but is not certain. Nomikos was also under the impression that the owner of Gateway Computer, Ted Waitt (no identifying information provided) (Waitt) and Jeffrey Epstein (Epstein) were in some sort of relationship beyond friendship at this time. Nomikos also provided that his friend Callow may be of more help regarding Maxwell.
