We spoke briefly with IM
this morning. He said he had been subpoenaed by the defense and did not
understand why. We explained that we could not give him legal advice, but that he was entitled to court appointed
counsel if he wanted an attorney to represent him. He said he wanted court appointed counsel, and we told him we'd
reach out to the Court to coordinate that.
