Hoffenberg provided the following information: In the 1980's the 1990's, Epstein was employed by Hoffenberg at Towers Financial Corporation. Hoffenberg claims to have evidence where Epstein committing a massive securities fraud and all of the money he is using for his defense is tainted. Hoffenberg stated there was a civil case which will give the FBI the "connection" to seize Epstein's assets. The case is Gerber v.
