URGENT October 6, 2021 Gregory Papadopoulos, Honorable Judge Alison J. Nathan, SONY, Room 906, 40 Foley sq. New York NY. 10007 RE: US v. Maxwell 20-crm-0330 Your Honor: For about 12+ months I have been trying to contact Ms. Maxwell. Strangely no communication have been allowed by MDC Officials and none of her lawyers responded to my calls, emails and letters. I have lived on the same street in Palm Beach Fl. with her long term companion Jeffrey Epstein for 17 years, I knew him as a neighbor and a friend and I believe I have information valuable to her defense that would most likely acquit her. I never met Ms. Maxwell before, I have no beneficial interest and I am proceeding strictly in the interest of justice as a friend of the court. I am not an attorney, but during my last 20 years I have been a prose litigant, in some 125 Federal and State cases and appeals, suing and be sued by a FBI-Gangster conspiracy similar to the Whitey Bulger-FBI Boston Field office conspiracy. On a trip to MDC, months ago, a guard told me that I could not see her because she was in solitary confinement and only "an authorization from the Judge" would allow me to visit. I have waited for this for 12+ months, monitoring the docketed record for updates. It is imperative that I speak with her as soon as possible. Perhaps one such authorization could be prepared for me. Based on my 26 years of experiences with a FBI-Gangster conspiracy, I am not comfortable with her defense counsel or the prosecuting team, and I have no doubt that the same FBI-Gangster conspiracy that destroyed my life (The Fanjul Organized Crime Family, exiled Cubans in the sugar and narcotics business) is behind the Epstein murder and the Maxwell framing for the purpose of acquiring the $1 billion Epstein fortune on a motion for summary judgment. After a Maxwell conviction they obviously feel they can prevail on a disposatory motion. They already selected the SDNY Judge that would grand them the motion and Page 1 of 3 3501.553-001 Page 1 of 3 SUBJECT TO PROTECTIVE ORDER PARAGRAPHS 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, and 17 EFTA_00O76872 EFTA01250301 they also arranged for Epstein's estate to be probated in St. Thomas. It could have been probated in New York, Florida or New Mexico, but they chose St. Thomas probably so they don't need to spend much money in bribes and the cash does not have to travel too far. It only needs to go from St. Thomas to the Cayman Islands thus bypassing US mainland. Eventually, if the scam succeeds, FBI agents will get $5 million cash under the table, and the Fanjuls will get about a billion. As an alternative, your Honor, you could schedule an evidentiary hearing on your own initiative on whether this criminal complaint should be dismissed. I would appear if asked, bring my evidence and testify that based on my experiences with the same conspiracy, Ms. Maxwell could not possibly get a fair trial in any venue and therefore the complaint must be dismissed. In any case where FBI officials expect large bribes there is no way for their adversary to prevail. They will always select the judge, on occasion bribe the Judge and their adversary's attorney. They will trash and mutilate documents, alter the docketed record, alter transcripts, they will even alter the title of the case, create bogus index numbers, they will hand pick a jury so that only jurors friendly to law enforcement are available on jury selection days, etc. After all these practices it is not possible for their adversary to prevail and therefore a trial would not be fair. For evidence and proof see Papadopoulos v SDNY Clerk of the Court 13-724. I would also testify that while incarcerated, based on my experiences, she could not possibly select an appropriate defense counsel to defend her. She can only have whoever the FBI selected for her. So far, her attorneys asked you on 5 occasions for bail. It is common knowledge that rarely motions for reconsideration succeed. Judges just don't like to admit that they made a mistake. They also appealed one decision to the 2nd Circuit. It is also known that such appeals practically never succeed. You can appeal a matter of fact or law, but it is very difficult to succeed appealing a Judge's discretion. The FBI had a heyday with the appeal. They even ridiculed it and assigned it to the only judge in the SDNY that ever convicted and sentenced a member of the Fanjul gang, Alberto Vilar. Perhaps the most absurd request I have ever heard from a defense counsel was asking you to postpone the trial for 9 months while their client remains Page 2 of 3 3501.553-001 Page 2 of 3 SUBJECT TO PROTECTIVE ORDER PARAGRAPHS 7, 8, 9, 10, 15, and 17 EFTA_00076873 EFTA01250302 incarcerated in solitary confinement, thus effectively compromising her "speedy trial" constitutional rights. In the affirmative, they could have asserted the entrapment defense (based on Matthew v US. 485 U.S. 58, 63, 1988, no longer an admission of guilt is required) which probably with her and my testimony and evidence should succeed. The FBI-Fanjul conspiracy extensively uses prostitutes to achieve their goals. See Papadopoulos v. Mineeva, a prostitute, SDNY 10-4882 (docketed record is heavily redacted, so see file at 500 Pearl st., room 370). Also, see criminal proceedings against NJ. Senator Menendez, for patronizing under age prostitutes, arising from his visit to the Fanjul resort "Casa de Campo" in the Dominican Republic. For 26 years the FBI remains glued to my internet connection, word processor and printer. The FBI actually can guess what I am going to do before I even decide. The recent new criminal allegations about a young girl that was seduced in Epstein's house in Palm Beach, was a knee-jerk reaction to my potential testimony that for 17 years I was on El Brillo Way about 95% of the time (excluding Memorial to Labor day), El Brillo Way is a short quaint ocean to lake street. It runs less than a quarter of a mile and only has about 9 homes on either side. I always worked from home, for a break I rode my bicycle around the neighborhood, I never saw Ms. Maxwell, I frequently saw crime underboss Pepe Fanjul entering and exiting Epstein's house. I never saw any under-aged girls and the entire matter is a fabricated hoax designed to easyly steal Epstein's billion, just like they stole my $75 millions. It's the same actors that appear over and over again, fabricating money making scams. Last, your honor, for the DOJ/FBI to be so zealously prosecuting a 59 year old lady, with no criminal record, Oxford educated, for non-violent crimes, that allegedly happened 30 years ago, it would seem as if someone who routinely bribes the FBI is trying to cover up some more serious crimes by imprisoning her, like the murder of her father and the embezzlement of his wealth.
