Attached is the completed buyer information form, please note that the home is being
purchased by "Granite Reality LLC," and our Boston law firm Nutter will execute closing
documents on behalf of the LLC as the manager. Closing documents and the transfer of title
should reflect "Granite Reality LLC" as the buyer.
Also attached is the executed engagement letter. I would like a quote for title insurance.
