In response to your request, enclosed is a copy of the renewal files pertaining to Jeffrey
E. Epstein's Concealed Weapon or Firearm License # W 90-12027. Unfortunately, we
are unable to provide a copy of the original application as those files have been destroyed
in compliance with the Division's Records Retention Schedule.
A search of our records indicates that this license was initially Issued on March 29, 1991,
pursuant to Section 790.06, Florida Statutes. A renewal notice was sent to Mr. Epstein
at 358 El Brilb Way. Palm Beech, Florida 33480 on December 9, 2004. This license
exoireg on March 30, 2005, as a result of non-renewal. However, he has up to 6 months
after expiration to renew his license.
