ATLANTIC STATION PHASE II STAMFORD, CT • The Atlantic Station Phase II Project is anticipated to be a 325-unit residential tower with an approximate 41,000 square foot retail component ■ Anticipated to include 518 on-site, structured parking spaces • Total on-site development of approximately 590,000 square feet • An affiliate of RXR and a local developer successfully developed Atlantic Station Phase I in 2017 • Atlantic Station Phase I is an adjacently located 325-unit residential development ■ Phase I has achieved strong leasing thus far with 92.0% occupancy as of April 2019 • The project includes the purchase and redevelopment of the adjacent, historically-landmarked Post Office Building which is 100% pre-leased There is no guarantee that the Fund will be able to execute such development or substantially similar investments successfully, nor is there a guarantee that such investment will be profitable.
