SOP III -1081 Southern Financial LLC Agreement, service upon whom shall be deemed completed whether or not forwarded to or received by the relevant appointer. Without prejudice to the foregoing, the General Partner shall procure that the Manager shall forthwith upon being in receipt of service of process in its capacity as such agent, send a copy of all documents so served on it by courier to the relevant appointer. Nothing contained in this Agreement shall affect the right to serve process in any other manner permitted by law or the right to bring proceedings in any other jurisdiction for the purposes of the enforcement or execution of any judgment or other settlement in any of the courts.
