Now the reason for having a TIL venture capital limited is because, in a HONGKONG company, they only allow 50 shareholders. 08:58:29 am I have 40 friends and family who wants to buy shares at THINGS I LIKE COMPANY LIMITED, but problem is if i allow each one to own a share in THINGS I LIKE COMPANY LIMITED, it will finished all 40 allocation of shareholder and Thing I Like Company limited will only have 10 left for shareholders where in if we do Series A funding and we raise 20M USD we might have 4 VC's there 08:59:35 am then series B for 100M USD we might have 10 VC's there, so there will be no space for them. Whats gonna happen for Series C, D and So on.
