From: To: Cc: ' Subject: Meeting Regarding Discovery in Jane Doe 1 and 2 v. United States Date: Thu, 17 Nov 2016 16:51:07 +0000 Importance: Normal Attachments: RFPS-supplement8-24-16-final.pdf Special Agents and I hope this email finds both of you well. The attorneys representing Jane Doe 1 and 2 have served additional discovery upon the government, seeking emails and other documents from the FBI pertaining to the U.S. Attorney's Office's handling of the Epstein criminal investigation. They are requesting emails from various FBI law enforcement agents, including both of you, expressing dissatisfaction or disenchantment with the manner in which the Epstein case was being handled by senior officials in the U.S. Attorney's Office, to include U.S. Attorney Alex Acosta; former Criminal Division Chief =-; and West Palm Beach supervisory AUSA . Specifically, they are seeking FBI emails where the agents are questioning whether Epstein and/or his attorneys were improperly influencing these individuals with promises of well-paying future clients when they left to enter private practice. I have attached a copy of the fourth request for production. I have been in touch with the Information Technology Section at FBI HQ and they are conducting a search of the two FBI servers. However, since the emails would have been sent during the 2006 - 2008 period, there is a high likelihood that the emails may no longer exist. That is why Special Counsel and I need to speak with both of you. and I can travel up to West Palm Beach for the interviews. I understand that S/A is now in Fort Pierce. If we could ask you to drive down to West Palm Beach to the FBI office, we can interview both of you at that location. We propose to meet on Wednesday, November 30, or December 1-2, 2016. Are those dates convenient for both of you? Thank you. Cc: EFTA01657750
