Everyone — I am attaching a petition that apparently was just filed with the U.S. District Court by an attorney for
3 of the victims in the Epstein case. I have not finished reading it, but it relates to our failure to consult with the
victims prior to entering into the Non-Prosecution Agreement with Epstein. This is going to be a very large
problem for us and we should discuss how to handle it. My guess is that this lawyer will also be sending a copy
to the press.
