Appears to be mainly used by Carluz and Arline Toylo, the caretakers of the property. It possible had an owner prior to the Epstein household. Computer sitrep: • On 9/13/2025 began an in-depth review of the computer key word searched Epstein and received the below results (total 3242 items), with review notes included: a Emails/Calendar — 1354 • Most emails were between Carluz and Arline Toylo (housekeepers at the Palm Beach home), Richard Khan, Bella Klein and Karyna Shuliak all discussing work related to the house. There were emails after suicide discussing vandalism to the house, moving assets into and LLC or selling assets. • There were 4 emails that appeared to come from Epstein (jeevacation@gmail.com). 3 to contractors about work and 1 approving picking up someone. • Lesley (known to the FBI as Lesley Groff, Epstein's main personal assistant) booked numerous flights for 15 individuals noted below. (DOBs were not listed on the flight reser ' e individuals) • referred as an assistant. Mostly like the individual referred to as Assia in an interview with Anne Ponomareva in Oct 2020) ■ • ' — know to the FBI as a girlfriend of Epstein. • Renato Leeson — based on emails appears to have been employed by Epstein EFTA01660648 • • • • interviewed by the FBI in Oct 2020 • Ther ail to for a Feb 2019 flight telling heIMILNU would be traveling with her. Lesley instructed o brine to Epstein w en pstein said it was ok. o Media -466 • 352 images were carved leaving a small strip of the image that was indecipherable. • 114 images could be seen, and they were of invoices, the house/work being done, logs from contractors, or the thumbnail image of a sun. o Communication -76 • Text messages between Carluz and other staff, contractors about working taking place. A few chats with Epstein's guests requesting groceries and coordinating being picked up. • Some chats were in Filipino. o Web Related — 577 • All web searched were carved (previously deleted) so limited information was available. What could be seen were searches or new articles covering the Epstein arrest/accusations/suicide. There was 1 backpage ad search but no timestamp of context. Based on other information seen in the phone Carluz and Arline Toylo were still employed by the Epstein estate after his arrest/suicide and were using this device for work. o Documents - 218 • Invoices, quotes, cover letters for drone footage of the island o Operating Systems — 74 • Nothing of investigation importance o Encryption/Credentials - 1 • Nothing of investigation importance o Location/ travel — 14 • Nothing of investigation importance o Custom -18 • Nothing of investigation importance o Refined results (google, google maps, individuals) -444 • Nothing of investigation importance. Google results were the same content of web related items, and google maps just showed the Palm Beach home address repeatedly. • The overall computer content (793,710) breakdown is listed below.
