The FedEx tracking I believe that seeing the way the button assembly is manufactured =ould help when we discuss re-engraving the keypads especially with a multi colored assembly. My previous information regarding the red upper butt=n may not be accurate. I discussed the option of a multi-colored but=on kit with my Lutron representative and there may be a custom option avai=able. This would greatly simplify the process. We would need to finalize the new engraving and send that i=formation to the custom quotations department for pricing. On that subject all of the custom plates and all of =he engravings are in stock and ready to be installed. I would like t= install everything this Wednesday. Please advise.
