MUTUAL RELEASE AGREEMENT This MUTUAL RELEASE AGREEMENT is entered into this ezy, day of April, 2015 by and between JEFFREY EPSTEIN. individually ("Epstein"). and MICHAEL SITRICK AND SITRICK AND COMPANY, a division of Sitrick Brincko Group, LLC (jointly "Sitrick") (each a "Party" and collectively the "Parties"). WHEREAS, on April 14. 2014. a Default Final Judgment in favor of Shriek and against Epstein was entered in the total amount of $155.464.22 ("California Judgment"): WHEREAS, on August 27. 2014. the California Judgment was domesticated in the State of Florida and recorded on August 27. 2014 in the Palm Beach County Clerk's Office and Public Records in Book 27003/Page 1065-1067 ("Domesticated Foreign Judgment"): WHEREAS, Epstein filed suit to Stay Enforcement of Foreign Judgment in Palm Beach County Circuit Court, Case Number 502014 CA 01228 ("Florida Action"): NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and mutual covenants contained herein and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged. the Panics agree and release each other as follows: Mutual General Release I. General Release. Epstein and Sitrick. their successors and assigns. and any and all of their respective companies. beneficiaries. executors. administrators. divisions, departments, officers, directors. partners, shareholders. agents. employees. servants. independent contractors. predecessors. successors and/or assigns upon the execution of this Agreement. shall by the terms of this Paragraph. which are self-executing. be deemed to have fully completely and forever released. given up and discharged any and all debts, demands, actions. suits, damages, losses, sanctions, obligations. costs, claims and rights or causes of action of whatever kind or description, whether known or unknown. asserted or unasserted. whether past. present or future. whether suspected or unsuspected. whether liquidated or unliquidated. whether arising in common law or by statute or by equity. whether based on contract, ton, strict liability, trespass. nuisance, or otherwise, or whether involving property damage, loss of use of property. damage to natural resources or other financial or economic harm or any other form of injury, including but not limited to claims for legal fees. expenses. costs. penalties. costs to investigate, against each other, and any and all of their respective beneficiaries. executors administrators. divisions, EFTA_R1_00012171 EFTA01734330 departments, officers, directors. partners. shareholders, agents, employees, servants. predecessors. successors and/or assigns. that the parties now have, ever have had or may have. including but not limited to any and all claims or causes of action in any way related to the California Judgment. the Domesticated Foreign Judgment and/or the Florida Action.
