You either fly on Lufthansa via Frankfurt (no 1st class from Paris to Frankfurt. 2nd leg you can fly 1st class) or you fly on Turkish Air via Istanbul all business class The Lufthansa flight is shorter. Total trip is 8 hours 35 minutes. It is not an overnight flight. Best flight on Lufthansa: depart at 10:45am from Paris, arrive Frankfurt at 12:15pm. Depart from Frankfurt at 1:45pm and arrive Astana at 12:20AM. BUT, The Lufthansa web site says there are no flights available on Mon. Nov. 7th. (or Sun. Nov. 6th) There are flights on Sat. Nov. 5th (the 8hour 35 min trip) and Tues. Nov. 8th for around $10,135, one way... but the Nov. 8th trip you must go to Munich as well! 21 hours 40 min! If you flew Turkish Air, they have a flight departing on Mon. Nov. 7th at 11:30am from Paris arrive Istanbul at 4pm. Depart Istanbul at 6:40pm arrive Astana at 3:45AM.
