To: Jeffrey ' ail.com> From: Fabrice Subject: potential names Sent: Sunday, February 21, 2016 6:10:34 PM Here are five potential names (two women and three men). I tried to find people who have a combination of management and government experience (for the fiscal negotiations) in addition to good human and outreach qualities for the philanthropy. Limor Livnat: held several ministerial portfolio under Likud governments (including minister of education). She left politics in December 2014. She is now the Chair of the holocaust survivors foundation. Yossi Kuchik: Former Director General of Prime Minister office during Ehud Barak. Impressive military career in IDF Air Force. Worked in several senior civil servant positions, including at ministry of finance. Was deputy CEO of Israel discount bank. Currently is a businessman (consultant) and serves in a few boards. Roni Bar-on: Former minister of finance ( and a few other ministerial portfolios). He is a lawyer. Left politics in 2012 and is since sitting on a few boards of Israeli companies. He is very present in the media and has a weekly show. Anat Keinan: Former CEO of Israel Discount Mortgage Bank. Former CEO of Israel lottery (dealing a lot with philanthropy). Was the head of finance of Tel Aviv municipality. Currently runs some funds. Coming from a wealthy family. Ilan cohen: Former Director General of Prime Minister office during Sharon. Currently serves on several board of large companies in Israel, including at the board of Edmond de Rothschild Israel. His public profile is less impressive than the four above but has excellent human qualities. EFTA_R1_00032348 EFTA01742026
