Brazilian tax laws are tricky when it comes foreign investment, was wondering if you had any thoughts/advise or perhaps could recommend a descent attorney who could help structure these 2 very different deals? One is buying out an existing partner in Brazil and the other is buying shares pre IPO from the French owners (Jalou Media Group).
