Sort of makes the satellite thing a bit more urgent. Once that back haul capacity gets met the regulators and telecoms will have every reason to block satellite. See below. U.S. govt stuff . The WH is seeking two things during this panel: political commitments from attending countries to help the affected countries build GHSA capacity in three years, and commitments for actual resources (5) to build back capacities over the long term.
