Leon just signed the paperwork authorizing the sale (I'll add it to the Art folder). As a result, the overall results for the works in the Contemporary Art Dale Sale are: 1. Cornell, Hotel de l'Etoile (Suzy's Room, for Judy Tyler) Estimates: $175,000.225,000 (reserve: $150,000) Sold at the auction for a hammer price of: $150,000 2. Joseph Cornell. Untitled (Bird Box) Estimates: $100,000-150,000 (reserve: $85,000) Bought in at the auction, but sold privately just now for: $85,000 All sales proceeds will be paid by wire transfer to Narrows Holdings LLC on December 10m.
