Boris has demonstrated a strong talent and passion for this but our business structure doesn=3 allow for Boris to direct 100% of his time in this type of role. As suc=, we have been discussing and planning for an eventual transition that wil= allow Boris to fulfill this ambition. Over the past 6 years =ith the foundation and the last 3 of those working directly with me, Boris=has made a major contribution to our success. Now, with our programs=established and working so well Boris has decided to start the process of taking this next career step.
