Jeffrey,
I just had a meeting with a top decision maker of SAFE (State Adminstration of Foreign Exchange). What was discussed
between you and I will be an exception in China and thus the first, but it is doable. I will need to pull resources and get
approvals from SAFE, from Shanghai municipal government, and from a state owned bank to make this happen, but I
can make it happen.
If you are serious about this, I can come meet you in NY for this around May 14th. Are you available and should I come
to meet?
