He used counter checks (the real checks=were not delivered yet) to write checks for $53,000.00, $69,000.00, $40,00=mo & $90,000.00. When Trent's secretary said in other months ch=cks for large amounts were written. the account opened 9-01-06 and b= 7-13-07 almost all of the money was drawn from the loan. Mike paid =he interest on the loan with the draws from the loan, and also the payment=on the lots we bought across the street. These monthly payments were=$9,000.10,000 (loan) and $4,500 (lots). He quit paying both in July,='07 apparently. That means he paid the roughly $15,000.00 a month fo= about 10 months. Lets say he spent $160,000.00 total servicing =hese 2 loans. When the Co. bought the land that became the 20 l=t plat, Mike got $250,000 for his ownership, I got $250,000 for mine, and =bel the builder got $100,000 for his. Mike probably had to pay off m=rtgages on the 2 lots Abel sold to the Co. but I don't know what the payof=s were. The land from Mike & I was free and clear. Quite f=ankly, I have no idea where the money went. It looks like at least $=50,000 is unaccounted for, perhaps more.
