Tomorrow they w=ll sand in preparation for painting. The estimate did not include painting=and I asked the contractor to give us a quote to paint both offices. The new AC unit which sits above the kitchen (see first picture) is larger t=an the last one and therefore sits 2" lower. Because of this, we have to p=t in a new, lower ceiling in the kitchen which will not line up with the ce=ling in the hallway. An arch had to be added to square off the kitchen so t=at the lower ceiling tiles can be installed.
