I like his personally over the phone in many Conversations. During early stages Matt showed good interest in our position, he knew possi=le starting Salary was $150k Matt informs his base salary after 4 years is $=60k plus profit-sharing, 401K, annual bonus of 10%. His company also partic=pates in Health Saving Account, which provides a $5k Visa card that's used t= pay co/Pay for Doctor visits, ($1,000 per family member, he has 3 kids). =He informs he wouldn't be interested unless salary was $200k+ -I crossed him off our list. Tomorrow I'm using Alex Barnych for our Bedford-LSJ trip, during today's tes= flight, Alex impressed me with his Quick familiarization of our cockpit, h= flys a G450 and Challenger 601. Alex is 31 years old, not married,.
