So for interaction with the group you have in mind, heads of large state banks and policy makers from China would make
sense.ln China, major financial resources are all controlled by the state. But it is heck a lot of work to get them
organized, and they see limited value personally since their incentive systems do not enourage such interaction. Their
promotions have nothing to do with knowledge gained from such interaction. I have organize such activities in the past
