The short =nswer is it theoretically "can" be done, but it's=going to require special router hardware and a configuration expert =han knows more than either Murph or I. Basically, it has to look at each =nternet request, from each device and decide which internet connection =o send it out on and make sure it uses that same connection for all the =ubsequent requests from that device to that destination.
