That concept was put into place when Darren Indyke used to rent a 2 =edroom on the 8th floor and Anthony carried thru for 11E. The other apartment 10N which we are paying $2,800 per month is market =ent per Anthony. I believe that market rent for that apartment is =loser to $3,000-$3,200 per month.
