Secondly, we have to give "Notice of Arrival" to customs at lease only 1 hour prior to our arrival, Eileen received her phone call From Latin Customs agent Officer Goico at 6:05pm just 1 hour before our arrival. I can only assume that Officer Goico didn't think I gave notice of Arrival, so she tried calling my phone, she did not leave a Voice mail either,. so she must have called my emergency contact on my Eapis form which has Eileen's cell number. nothing is standard for Customs arrivals, between PBI, STT and TEB,. each require different paper work,. STT requires, EAPIS, phone call Notice of arrival, copies of aircraft Registration, Pilots medical, and 3 copies of Gen Dec. PBI requires, EAPIS, only a phone call to their office for Notice of Arrival, no other paper work required. TEB requires EPAIS, phone call for notice of arrival, sometime requires a Fax copy of Gen Dec, Original Message From: Jeffrey E.
