Another stair option going down to the +38' level at the=northwest corner. Introduction of a "Patio" at the entrances to the pool=with the vehicle drop-off between the doors. This is a much better transition from the pool to the exterior and=gives us a buffer to the road. Additional mechanical/pool equipment space to the south of the sho=er. ( we need to verify topography here ) Please review and get back to us with your comments.
