Sure, let him think it over. I think, as I told earlier, the EB5 is a certain and relatively smoother and quicker route. Yes, the investment is blocked for 5 years with minimal returns. But immigrants are choosing EB5 over other routes, those who can afford and who are keen on getting their Green Cards quickly. The idea in my head is not about another route (process). It is about EB5 but in a different way. There are people who have the money and want their green cards as well as more returns, control and growth by investing their money. Surely, I would love a client to invest in our Regional Center (certainly we have the best and currently #1 project among all the regional centers in the US). I wanted to explore with you, if you and Jeffery may be willing to do a unique project. It will give you a green card, the investment will remain with you, the project will be productive, growth oriented and you may have something worthwhile for future as well. I like to explore possibilities. I dont know much about you and Jeffery, but I have a sense that it wont hurt any of us to think aloud and see if it works for you. Feel free to call me any time.
