They have got the kids into Benjamin and are moving to PB=but dont live here now. He is in the financial industry - as they say. The= dont want to do work. I havent asked for the name. They are looking at th= house acrosds from Joel on Via Bellaria which has asked as high as $24 bu= which is now talked about at $14. It is a deco Fatio that needs a lot of =ork. They are excited to see it from the pics but are going to see it in p=rson this morning. Since they like the looks of that house (white and sleek) but dont want to =o work, it occurs to me that they'd like El Brillo. If you are interested,=l could suggest to Jim that they look at El Brillo. I havent said you'd be=interested. There has been a lot of action lately in lakefronts. Moens sold Schur on 12= ft at 1090 N Lake Way yesterday for $12.375. Vecellio sold his mock Frenc= tudor on Via del Mar for $9.64. Pelican Lane is under contract for $9ish =nd 181 Clarendon was under for $10ish but fell apart this morning. Also Schlesinger at 801 S County closed at $16.8 but Richard Schlesinger i= saying the real price was $20 after backing out commissions and some furn=shings.
