We=probably need to object also, citing the fact PNC has never produced the b=nk account records that show we revieved the loan money. I also thin= we have to allege fraud by Mike Hardman and unidentified officers of the =ank (Fidelity Federal) & state that the bank account records are being=kept from us to cover up the bank's involvement. Under no circumstances do I want to get c=ught unprepared and have the court set a trial date so this case can be pu=hed along just to clear the docket (you & I know that will happen with=Eddie & John Hoy in there).
